Previously MD at Alad Ltd, a leading niche media owner and publisher. Neil was the key driving force behind the success of the business from family start up in 1995 through to its sale to Hemming Group in 2016.
He has an excellent understanding of the niche challenges and opportunities of the international media sector and takes real pride in driving delivery of top quality content across multiple platforms. He has managed international sales teams, launched events in places such as Singapore and Japan and was previously Sector Head of Transport Network (including Traffex series of events) and Group International Divisions at Hemming Group with large P&L accountability and strategic level input.
Through his business career Neil has been very used to international travel and multi-cultural relationship building. He thrives on working in a fast paced, competitive environment and succeeds at building, developing and motivating high performance teams.
Neil is dedicated to achieving business growth through new business development and maximisation of existing revenue streams/media platforms and therefore embraces new technology and techniques at early stage, leading to product innovation and differentiation.
