Neil Levett
Neil is a high achieving senior leader with an impressive track record of international business development and business ownership and management.
Since setting up Levett Business Services after selling the family business in 2016 Neil has worked with clients from sectors as diverse as the global oil & gas industry, UK highways sector, global venue management, major sporting and business events and the international media and communications industries.
His skill sets and experience are interchangeable and proven to have deliverable success and his enthusiasm to succeed in infectious.
In his spare time he is a qualified and licensed football coach, plays golf to a 6 handicap, watches too much sport on TV and enjoys spending time with his family - who are growing up too quickly for his liking!
Business Administration Apprentice
Harry Mandel
Harry Mandel joined in summer 2023 as our Business Administration Apprentice.
Since joining, Harry has been on a remarkable journey of professional and personal growth including a 3-month secondment to a client, in their offices, providing maternity cover.
As a Business Administration Apprentice Harry is embracing the opportunity to learn and grow within the business whilst studying for a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
In his spare time Harry enjoys going to the gym, he is a keen boxer, and he likes to listen to podcasts and watch documentaries on history and politics.

Sandy Sykes
With over 25 years of experience in the Highways Sector, Sandy has consistently demonstrated her expertise in crafting innovative marketing campaigns, developing compelling brand narratives, and leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Throughout her career, Sandy has held key positions with prestigious organisations such as the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE), the Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT), Highways Magazine Awards, and Seeing is Believing.
Her deep industry knowledge and creative approach have made her a sought-after leader in the field.
In her spare time, Sandy enjoys reading and attending live music events.
Office Manager
Laura Watts
Laura Watts joined LBS in 2019 as Office Manager, where she is responsible for the smooth running of the office, managing administrative duties, general bookkeeping, and overseeing accounts.
Over the past five years, Laura has witnessed and contributed to the company’s growth and success.
With a career spanning 25 years in the construction industry, 21 of which were spent in London, Laura brings a wealth of experience and organisational expertise to her role.
Outside of work, Laura is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She enjoys quality family time, holidays, walking the dog, watching a good boxset, theatre outings, and spending time with friends.
